Hi Everyone
This is "B" as I wrote a complaint against TriCorp on 7/25. YOu wouldn't believe the gaul of these people from TriCorp. After, writing a firm and stern message to Tony Erikson some weeks ago, I recieved a phone call from TriCorp "Loan Servicing Attorney", Michael Reed. Mr. Reed congratulates me in telling me that my sale has gone through and the check and papers to sign off on the sale will be sent to me within 2-3 business days. All that I need to do is pay the unpaid $723.00 "assesment tax" and the papers will be sent. I couldn't believe these people!
After all the frustration and delays, they actually have the nerve to try and scam me again???!!!
I explained to Mr. Reed that I was not sending TriCorp anaything. I demanded to know when could I expect the return of my $683.00. He then attempted to tell me that those funds were for the "title search" and other related administrative fees and that Tony Erikson had been fired for misrepresenting the company as he was a new employee. Mr. Reed then asked if I wanted to cancel the sale as I replied, "Absolutely, because I think this is a scam". Mr. Reed then attempted to dismiss me by saying that I would recieve a certified letter indicating my desire to cancel the sale and promptly ended the call.
I am ready to join the chorus of other victims to go after these people for as long as it takes! We work hard for our money, particularly in these economic times of uncertainty and to have someone take advantage of our trust and faith in this manner is appauling!!
