My situation is pretty much the same as everyone else's on this site. I have been in contract with TriCorp Property Solutions, mainly Phil Cooper, since March to sell my timeshare. After being put off for months, I was told my closing date would be 7/18. It is a week later and now their website is down, phone's are disconnected, and email is not being answered. I plan to pursue legal action against this phantom company and would be glad to speak with anyone else that has been a victim to TriCorp Property Solutions scam.
