I have been a loyal sprint customer sinces 2002. Today 10/10 I wanted to upgrade my phone to a iphone 4 advertised $99.99 but after hours on the phone throughout the morning I was told that I had to pay full price because I wasn't eligible for an up grade until 1/1 and there was nothing they could do about it. My current phone through Sprint is a real piece of junk, dropped calls, doesn't ring at times and breaks up so bad during conversations my party and I have to constantly repeat ourselves. After being with Sprint for 10 years I would think they could wave the 2 1/2 months and let me upgrade.
