Days Inn Sharonville, in Ohio
My stay a the Days Inn Sharonville, in Ohio

My husband and I were very displeased of the way the hotel was kept, I have a long list of comments: First on the list, the pictures from the website are very deceiving, and they are advertising a very old picture that shows a really pleasing look, and really nice well kept rooms, breakfast, swimming pool, game room, etc. When we arrived to the Days Inn Sharonville, the site of the hotel was unbeleavable! The parking lot had not been kept up, the pavement of the road needed repairing from wear and tire from the weather, bricks were falling apart off the pavement, it looked as though it was a ghost town. My family and I were in town from St Louis Missouri, for the Macy's Music Fest, that has been going on for 50 years. Management knows that this festivial comes every year, and thousand of people from the United State come to your state for this special event every year to support your city as well as the different communities. When we arrived to the lobby to check in, their were other very displeased custmers complaining about the Day Inn Sharonvill and the appreance that is gave. The lobby had a very displeasing order and smell that made you sick to the stomach and they were trying to cover the smell with Pine Sole. When we arrived to our room the linen was very old and dirty, towel very hard and old, carpet very dirty with bugs, the room were very smell, the bathrooms were not clean, the toliet top was very old, and had been painted to cover the dirty, the mirowave didn't work, you had to unplug it from making so much noise to make it stop, there was no ironing broads or iron in the rooms, you had to get from the front desk and sign for it, sheets were old and faded, and card to enter in and out of your room sometime didn't work. When comments were reported to management, he disagreed with everything you said, the customer service was horrible simple because of the amount of people that were attending this festivial they knew that you wouldn't be able to find another hotel, so you had to resume there. The security unsafe, side doors were left open, and anyone could enter this hotel, at anytime of the morning, day or night. I assume manage was another race, like from Inia, they didn't want to hear anything you had to say, or complain about, manage didn't even want to address any of the problems. It wasn't good customer service at all, they made you feel like, they just took your money, and they were not willing to give you a refund. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my time of traveling and staying at hotels, it felt as though I was staying in a very unsafe envirement. Can someone please address this issues at this hotel, and reply back to my email, this hotel need to be brought up to code or closed down. A safey inspector needs to come and inspect the Days Inn Sharonville, and it needs to be brought up to code.
