A review I have been posting on numerous websites about Amerisuites Hotel on 4100 Cox rd Glen Allen VA 23060. Let me just say please listen to the reviews they are not some bias opinions. They are very accurate. I went there on the notion of thinking Maybe those people just had a bad experience. No, this hotel needs to be condemned. We went to the Amerisuites hotel on Cox rd Glen Allen VA Saturday July 28th. To keep a long story short allow me to list my complaints:
1. Dirty Linen
2. Hallways smelled like mold and mildew
3. Rooms Smelled like mold and mildew
4. Hair in the beds
5. Some sort of reddish stains on the beds
6. Tub was disgusting
That was the first room #420 We were given another room down stairs #104 a TCB suite
1. Consumed by the smell of mold and mildew
2. Floor was soaking wet from a/c unit leak
3. Outdated room (All rooms)
4. Filthy small/tiny bathroom (All rooms)
5. Reddish stains on the box spring
So my wife went to the lobby and asked for another room because she was only staying for one night and so the customer service girl behind the counter said "Here ya go!" with no apology so we went to the third room #126 another TCB suite. Only difference between a TCB suite and a regular suite is that the regular suite has a sofa, the TCB has a table and chair with a bigger desk.
1. Blood stained pillow
2. Stained box spring
3. Air conditioner in every room is very near to the bed and is extremely loud and blows directly onto the bed even the lowest setting blows hard
4. Outdated room
Some say that they are in the middle of a renovation but there is no sign of it you couldn’t tell, there wasn’t any building going on. That excuse is not relevant, if you can't provide me with a comfortable stay during at anytime then they should close. Don't stay here, you'd be better off sleeping in the woods. Oh and the breakfast they provide if you come there for a conference and you are staying there you have to pay for it unless you stay there the night before.
