I ordered a graphics card for my computer on this website. The order status has always been at "Pending". None of my many e-mails requesting information of status or more recently, cancelling of my order have been returned or acknowledged. Their website has been closed for "scheduled maintenance" for at least 3 weeks now with no way to contact them. It would appear that they have my money and have no intention of returning it or sending me my order. I suspect they never even had the item I ordered in-stock as it was a hard-to-find item. Help?
