I placed an order on an item on January 31 with the company. Within 24 hours the order status stated that Payment was received and did not change for over a week. I e-Mailed them a week later asking the status of the order, and was informed they were out of stock. Yet there was nothing on the website stating the item was out of stock when I placed the order. I sent them another e-Mail a week ago, asking for a status update, and received no reply.
It is now January 28, 2 days before I will not be able to return the item if it is the wrong item, damaged, or the wrong size. The order status has not changed and I have not received any further word from the company. I have just sent them an e-Mail demanding my money back since they have failed to fulfill the order in a timely fashion. The phone number on their site goes to a school, and the FAQ states it takes them 2 weeks to fulfill orders that are in stock. I consider that to be a red flag, and now consider this website to be a scam that is using Facebook to advertise products they do not have and will not send.
