I overpaid for the dang thing, from Craigslist, (my fault) and when it stopped turning on 3 weeks later, I contacted Idolian and told them it stopped working. Then, a couple days later, I again wrote to them. They have completely ignored me! I was polite, I expected to hear back, but now they have completely ignored me! I want to let everyone know they ignore problems with their tablets, but I don't know how. Since I bought it from the guy who bought it from them, I don't know whether the BBB is an option. But they must be held accountable!
