My nexus 7 tablet stopped working with the new update from Google. I told them, they said no problem send it back we'll replace the device or refund your money within 14 working days. I had only to purchased another tablet from them to guarantee my return. I said no way am i buying another tablet. They then said my money would be returned if no fault was found on my part. They received they device checked it out told me I'd get my full refund within the 14 day policy I called on the 15th working day asking about the statues of my refund. I was told we don't know what happened to your refund but you'll be getting it, we cannot connect you to that department because they don't deal directly with customers you'll just have to continue to wait. This is a clear breach of policy.
