Tablets did not meet our expectations

Dear Mr. Kim, I am writing to as I feel I am being given the run around by your company.in december we ordered tablets from you company. Upon receipt of these tablets we found they did not meet our needs nor were they as great your reviews. As consumers we try to support small business and after alot of research we chosse you company. I sent back you tablets per your customer service instuction and on 1/24 at 1:19pm the UPS package (that i had to pay shipping for) was delived to 4100 Newport Place Dr. Ste 480, Newport Beach CA 92660. Signed for by Sullivan. As you can see from the email trail below after waiting a month, more than enough time for you to issue a refund we received this email indicating a refund would be issued sent yestereday 2/25. Today we received the following message. The RMA was on the package. So how is it on monday 2/25 you had it and were sending out a repaired tablet, but on 2/26 when a refund was requested you never received the package? I tried to use you voice mail system, however it is set up to keep the customer from ever getting to a live person. At this point I feel like Idolian is NOT THE MADE IN USA BUSINESS that it is cracked up to be but a business out to take money from people and deliver an inferiopr product. UPS delivered to your office, if you have a reception area in your building the I suggest you find out who is signing for your packages and taking them. I expect a response form you company ASAP.
