I have purchased an electronic toothbrush for £1 which I did not receive and got charged £90 on my account instead. Two payments of £45 have been taken from my account by points shop without my consent. I have called them as soon as I realized and complaint over the phone. They said I should write a complaint report on the point shop website and claim for refund. The following month no money was taken from my account however they didn't get back about my refund. What can be done about this?
