I discovered this company through Facebook. I purchased a piece of jewelry that cost $9, I knew it was a subscription plan, but I did not realize that they send out a piece of jewelry EVERY WEEK, and charged my debit card $68.00 each time.By the time I was able to get it canceled, Shop Dani already got me for over $200.00. After opening the first two pieces, I realized the jewelry wasn't at all what I expected, so I repackaged them and mailed them back mid February (USPS delivered them to Shop Dani on 2/13/09). The following two packages were refused and UPS returned them. I have been on the phone with these people each week and they keep telling me that my refund has been processed and it will be 7 to 10 days, but it has now been 6 weeks and no refund in site.
My next step is filing a report with the Chicago Area BBB and FTC... Stay away from Shop Dani.com, it's a scam!
