I purchase 4 ticket to fly to Costa Rica thru Spirit airlines on a family vacation, they never check properly my paper's before i embark to costa rica, when i arrive there, the inmigration noted that my year of proof residence of USA wasn't enough for them to aloud me to enter the country, so they deported us back to USA implaing that spirit airline should be aware of the regulations thru IATA and should inform me before embark that my paperwork wasn't aloud in costa rica, so now they make me lost my entire trip and don't want to be responsable for nothing, I call right away and they seem not to care at all, i want them to reemborse my tickets plus all the expenses for the agravation they cause me and my family!
