Defrauding me of $700 for a car rental that they didn't deliver. San Jose

The car rental firm, Rent a 4x4 in Costa Rica took our money and failed to deliver the car as promised to the San Jose airport on the agreed upon time and date.

We lost $700 which had been charged to our credit card.
