I came across this Rio-Shoes Store web site last Friday, July 20, and was amazed at their low prices. I decided to purchase 2 pairs of Adidas flip flops, which were half the price they are anywhere else. I paid for my order via PayPal. All week, I have been checking my order status on the Rio-Shoes web site and it always said processing. I decided to call Rio-Shoes to find out what was going on with my order, but there was no phone number listed on their web site. The only way to contact them was through email, so I sent them an email, gave them my order number, and asked them to contact me regarding my order, but I never got an email back. I decided to Google this company to see if I could find a phone number for them, and I came across this Scambook web page and read all of the complaints on this company, mostly people in the same situation as me with not receiving their orders. After reading several complaints on this company, I immediately logged into my PayPal account and saw that the payment to Rios-Shoes was unclaimed and there was an option to cancel the order, so I did just that and the money was returned to my credit card. Avoid this company at all costs. You won't receive your items! I'm so glad that I found this web site and was able to cancel my order through PayPal so that I wasn't charged! I knew the super low prices and free shipping were probably too good to be true.
