I order 2 pairs of shoes. Was charged via paypal same day as purchace. On line the RIO Shoes website says my order is pending - no phone number to call - my emails have gone unanswered. I contacted paypal they said that the seller showed proof of order being sent - I Did not receive the items - however I did receive a Bugs Lock deet free arm strip - cost maybe 10 cents? I have disputed this with PAYPAL and WITH RIO Shoes - Anyone have any advice?
