My kitchen faucet was leaking at the joint. It was a high end raised faucet. Whe I came home after the repairs, it had been replaced with a cheap plasctic faucet. It does not match the kitchen or sink in my home. The part on the sink top is not as large as the old faucet so there is also uncovered marks on the sink that will not clean off. When we called to complain, we were told that was standard replacement.
Previously we had a repair in a drain pipe done that required the plumber to cut into the wall behind the sink and toilet in a bathrrom. We were then informed that the repair to the wall would not be covered and we would have to pay full price for it to be fixed.
We have had to pay a 65.00 service fee for each of these repairs which have left us spending another 685.00 out-of-pocket. We were not even able to get a refund of the fee paid when we had to completely redo the kitchen sink repair.
Do not buy this warranty coverage!!
