This company placed an unauthorized charge of $9.99 on my phone bill on 7/03. When I called them to dispute the charge, the customer service rep informed me that someone has typed in a cell phone number (which wasn't the case) and that there would be no refund. She did give me an email address when I asked to speak to her supervisor. If I don't get my refund of $9.99, I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and with the AG's Deceptive Trade Practices group.
