I tried several times to cancel this product (had 14 day trial period) Only had it 3 days, got a credit card statement with another $89.95 charged to my account. Not only did I not have a 14 day trial period, I haven't received the kit that I was charged for. I called the # listed. Got voice mail, said leave message. Can't leave message, said mail box is full. How do I get my money back and stop them from charging my credit card for merchandise NOT received
