I received a free 14 day trial of extreme acai berry. I only had to pay shipping of $3.95. If you do not cancel your order within the 14 day trial period they charge you $89 for each 30 day supply.
So i called to cancel my order. I was on hold and there were over 100 people ahead of me. I waited on hold on 3 separate occasions for over half an hour and the line never got shorter than 42 people ahead of me. Then they gave me a chance to leave a message if i cant wait on hold and they would get back to me. So i did leave a message on 2 separate days stating that my name and number and that i wanted to cancel my order and didnt want to be charged for the $89. Low and behold three days later i am charged with that $89 and a service fee for overdrafting my account.
They never did return my phone call after my 2 messages. And i still cant get ahold of them. Do not try this product... They will never answer the phone.
