My husband and I traveled 1 hr to the Holiday Inn in Middletown, NY to attend a seminar for GPS Resort Services which we were to receive certificates for a 8day, 7night cruise and 2 airfare tickets for attending. We arrived early and were sitting in our car when the people from the earlier seminar came out. They were all extremely angry because they had attended the meeting only to find out afterward that they were not going to receive their certificates because the company had "run out". They were given a computer printed "Gift Rain Check". We went inside and asked how this could happen and the man at the desk was extremely rude giving us no justifiable explanation. We went back outside and a young man came out asking us not to attend the meeting and just giving us the "Gift Rain Check" saying that we would receive the certificates in 2 weeks. Well it is now 2 months later and we have received nothing and this company is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to find. Sitting in the parking lot I did call the number on the card I received and spoke with a guy named Paul at Perect Marketing, which is the company who books these seminars for GPS. His number is now disconnected!!! This whole thing was such a SCAM and I will never respond to another one of these mailings. No, I did not lose any money TG, just time and aggravation! (and gas) BEWARE!!
