My wife and I received an offer to attend a "90 minute GRAND OPENING CELEBRATION" concerning a travel offer for which we would receive airfare plus hotel for two at various resort locations or a four night cruise. The offer further stated "Please rest assured that you are absolutely under no obligation to purchase, sign or even join anything". A telephone number was provided along with the name and location of the hotel where the seminar was to take place.
On March 19 we attended the presentation at the Hilton Embassy Suites, 2577 Greenway Road, Phoenix, AZ.
We sat through the presentation and decided their offer was not our cup of tea. A representative spoke with us and we told her we were not interested and we would just take the offer of hotel and airfare. The representative got a little nasty when we refused their travel package and called another person to talk with us. We again stated that we were not interested and the second person presented a lower cost alternative which we again refused.
We were then told that they did not have the travel certificates on hand and we should receive our travel voucher in 14 days.
After 14 days had transpired, we called the number they provided and were told it would take another 4 days and they would send the voucher.
Now no voucher and no one answers the telphone number.
