I received the postcard that offered a complimentary 7-night cruise if I attend seminar in a "Four Points" hotel. After the seminar, I was given 2 certificates: one for the 7-night cruise and the other was for 2 round trip airfare. I sent them $168 as it was required from the certificates for activation. Then in a little while I received certificates from them that said we need to pay $55/person per night! That was never in any of the initial documents, and being not happy with the news I asked them to return my money. They either ignore my requests, or just say no.
