Next time you order a product and there's no telephone number on the bank document where it is charged - look out! More than likely - you've been had!
I also ordered this "free" product t (hat was to charge me shipping only) to try their product. A few days later on 7/5, I'm charged full price for the product. Then, today I see they have charged me again - so I called them. He said they had sent another shipment as I had signed up for the auto-ship option. NOPE - I ordered a one-time shipment, was to be charged shipping only - but have now paid out $179.90 plus shipping charges. After much discussion about a minimal discount, free product, etc. - they said they cancelled my account. I also received a reference number that I have to report on the invoice then return the shipment for my refund of only the second charge. We'll see if that happens.in the meantime, I asked my bank to cancel my card so they won't get any more of my money. Sad that you cannot trust anyone.
