I become a member to receive auto shipments of the Sheer Cover product. First, the product itself did not do what it was supposed to do. So, I am sending it back for a refund, less shipping and handling. While waiting to get the paperwork together and getting the time to take to the post office to ship back for this refund, I checked my ship status online. The next ship date said July something, so I changed for a delivery in Sept. However, the very next day, I was charged for another shipment of product, which is also another $10 more than the original shipment. I contacted their CSR to reverse charges, and was told that they could not reverse since it was already invoiced, but they cancelled my membership, and I could return the product, less S&H of course. So, in the end, I get to pay S&H TWICE for product that I do not want because they did not bother checking my account ship time before they shipped. I complained to them about this, and all they said was "your account was cancelled, and you can send the product back." Whatever!
