I went to the Kelly-mall website and ordered a pair of shoes. My paypal account was charged, but then on 6/2 I received a shower cap! What? This is such a rip off. I thought paypal only dealt with certified companies.
I sent the company an e-mail, but they are not responding. This is very wrong!
