I received the two week's trial product, tried to cancel it as it wasn't working for me. I returned the further product that was sent to me.
The support services came back to me in French - I had it translated _ it said I had contacted the wrong company. Nutrascience has been decucting £78. Some change from my account for the past two months. As I am out of work this is causing a huge problem.
I would appreciate this matter being sorted out as soon as possibly.
