I signed up to a trial and sent a message to cancel.
I have been charged for 3 months so far.
I have received only 1 bottle of ProCleanse after now paying for 3 months. This week I have received 1 bottle of Nutrascience Maxtrim which is not what I set up the trial for.
I consider this practice of not cancelling, not sending what I had paid for, and also not sending the amount I have paid for, as a severe breach of the contract, and of customer trust and confidence.
I have contacted Nutrascience and said that I therefore wish to cancel with immediate effect, and request that you refund my payments.
No reply as yet and my bank tells me they can't stop the payments.
