I too have had money taken from my account without the understanding that this would happen.
1. I had to search the internet to find out who 'NutraScience' was, i used their email address to contact them with a very strong' YOU SCAMMERS' email to say i wanted a immediate refund. They said if i send the unopened prodects back within 30 days of them being sent they would refund minus P&P!
2. Apparently when you accept the order of the trial you have 14 days to cancel the subscription. This is not clearly marked and it on the very bottom in small writing of the back of the leaflet which is very well written about a product which doesn't work!
