Today, Dec 5th I had an appointment with an Empire Sales Rep for an estimate on a carpet installation. The minute I saw Paul Pyrcz I felt very comfortable and welcoming. The whole sale went smooth and was communicated very well. He was nice, didn't push me into buying something that was out of my needs, and tried his hardest to get me a carpet install at a price that accommodated my budget.in two days the carpet will be installed and I have faith that the representative (Paul Pyrcz) will reflect the experience I'll have with the contractors. I have much confidence in this company because of Paul and I'm happy he was sent to take care of me.
