To follow up from our great experience with Empire's representative Paul Pyrcz, I would like to sumbit this review of the installation of new carpets at our home in Ipswich, MA. The lead installer Rodrico was very friendly and was thorough in explaining the procedure and his team was very efficient. They had completed the 4 rooms in 3 hours. They were respectful of our home and we are very happy with the end results. We have nothing but positive things to say about our entire experience.
