I was very impressed with how fast my e-mail was responded to. I met with the sales rep, Paul P from the Boston Office in my home. He showed me many types and styles of carpet and worked within my budget to get me the carpet I needed. He was very professional and answered all my questions thoroughly. The next day my carpet was installed by two very polite workers. They did a great job installing the carpet. I love my new carpet, it looks beautiful. I will definitely use Empire again for my home improvement needs.
