Rick Smith came to my house July 12 a gun on me. The police came while Rick Smith was still at my house and took a statement from me but did'nt bother to take a statement from Rick Smith, The office Fred Crowder them called his Supervisor Stacey Williams to come to my house. When the Supervisor Stacey Williams came he went straight to Rick Smith truck and toid him to leave and Rick Smith left and was not hand cuffed or arrested or questioned by the Officer. As of July 16 he still has not been arrested by the Police Dept or GBI. I am scared for my life because justice was and has not been served.
