CSI was formed as an LLC with three partners, including Rick Thompson and me (Jennifer Thompson Smith) and one silent partner when Rick was residing in Oregon in the early summer of 2012.
After returning to Dallas in August and reconciling with his ex-wife, Julie D. Freeman, Rick approached me with the intention of forming a new company. Rick had re-formulated the partnership agreement from one-third ownership for each for the three founding partners, to a new ownership redistribution whereby he would own 75%, I would own only 25% and the remaining third partner, who had a sizeable investment and one-third ownership, would be completely disregarded!
Rick Guy Thompson and the I.T. Administrator, Harry Aston, both of whom hosted CSIs Thursday night update conference calls, repeatedly told everyone the pay module was almost finished and would be up the following week.
