I ordered a free sample product back in March which I recieved. No noticable changes to my wrinkles, so I wanted to cancel... No information came with the product on how to cancel. I recieved a second box in late June which was charged to my credit card. There was a billing statement in the box that noted at the bottom of the statement, "All returns require a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Nmber. Please call the customer service number found on your Order Conformation Email for returns. Products shipped back "Return To Sender" will not be accepted/refunded. Product must be shipped back by customer. 1-888-534-3596" I was never sent an Order Conformation email. So had no customer service phone number to call... Then today, I recieved a third box of product, with a billing statement, and again no email or contact number. I DO NOT want to continue to get these boxes of product that I DID NOT ORDER and am being charged for!!! I called the number provided (1-888-534-3586) and got connected to an automated message that said that I was not able to call that numbeer from my area... I would appreciate some kind of help in rectifying this situation!!! My next step is to go to the Better Business Beaureau and to take legal action.
