I ordered a trial offer for Virility Pils inwhich I recieved the product
about 12 days from my original order on 10-3-11. Then I was charged $199.95 for a 12 bottle supply which I never recieved or ordered. Their US phone number only takes messages with no return response from anyone. Then I finally got through to their support team via my original conformation in which I explained I never ordered the additional product and considering that the original product came almost 2 weeks, I explained I didn't even have time enough to evaluate their product to consider if I wanted to order more. I was told that if I send back any unopened product that they would refund my credit card. This all took place on 10-18-11, then on 10-30-11 I was given a tracking number for what I thought was additional products (again not ordered) so I waited for any other products to come which never did so that I would return in order to recieve my refund as per their answer from their support team. I am still waiting and out $199.95. I am calling the distbutor tomorrow to seek more info and a contact number.
