No customer service billing account phone number you can't talk to them in billing they're busy taking your money reno nevada

Aug. 15 called and cancelled product. On Aug. 16 was charged another $39.90 to my visa. When I called Propolene back after getting bank statement (09-01) I was told there was no phone # to contact their billing dept. But could email or fax or write them a letter. Chose to fax them asking for conformation that they recieved the fax, nothing. I have tried to email them, but only get an advertisement for signing up for yahoo mail. I have gone to my bank and have had my card cancelled and filed a dispute with propolene. Don't order from them bad bad bad
