I have an I-phone 4s. I dident drop it or get it wet and it randomly turned off and wouldent turn on. So i pluged it in to its charger, still wouldent turn on. So i typed in apple customer support on google and typed in the first # i saw on my home phone. At first he was very friendly asked for my number i was using (understandably) and asked me to hold after i told him the problem to get help from another techincal support guy. Okay cool fine by me i just want my phone on. Come back on after 5 minutes oh holding and says alright we can get your phone back on all i will need is a credit card for a charge of wait get this... $59.99! And $9.99 each month for their support! I said are you kidding me what am i paying the $59.99 for?! He said, to get your phone back up and running, i proceded to say why in the hell woud i pay you $59.99 to turn my phone on from wherever the hell you are when i could take it to the apple store and do it for free?! So no i will not pay you a dime. Go F* yourself you F*ing A*hole. Do not deal with Mytechsuport.com!!! Stay away!!!
