On about 26 June I ordered through the Internet two of PurasilK products thinking I was getting free samples for the price of P & P. When I recived one of the products on reading the information I understood that I had 14 days to cancel. I cannot afford to pay this much money as I am a pensioner and it is way beyond my budget, after the time allowed I rang the number given and tried to cancel the payment I was told the 14 days were up as it started the day I ordered not from the day I received the cream. I then then said I wanted to cancel the Alluria cream which I had not received but the woman told me both payments had been already taken and could not be refunded she said she would send it I said don't I can't afford she said whether she sent it or not I could not have a refund of the money already taken. I have not received this cream or the refund of £35 which was mentioned by the first woman I spoke to. When I asked to speak to a superviser she told me her name was Emily she was not very polite.
