This company keeps harassing my mother, my job and myself. They have threatened me with jail, a lawsuit, a lawyer, and wage garnishment. They call non-stop. They said that since i opened a link in my email after getting a quote for a payday advance loan, that the link was my "electronic signature". I have received quotes from other payday advance loans on the same day just to see what it would be, but this is the only company i have a had problems with. I have had to close my checking account and open another, but they state they will call my bank and get money.
