This lawyer contacted me about a payday advance I supposedly took out with Cash Advance USA which I never used for a payday loan. They debited 304.61 out of my bank account and had all my personal information such as my SS# and my drivers license and my place of business. These foreigners are rude and hang up on you and keep calling and threating me. They already took 304.61 which I do not know how to get back. This mornign they called again and told me that I am being sued by Cash Adavance USA again. How do I keep them from debiting my account and from harassing me for a loan I never got from them. My Bank confirmed that they never deposited 300.00 in my account buyt they sure took it.
