When he gave details and asked me how I want to receive my award priviate or with fanfare I told him with fanfare and I would invite the Chief of Poice, who is a friend of mine to take a picture. The phone went dead. I came home and called Mr. Hightower from home an left a message for him to call me back, as we were cut off. Of course no call has been returned.
