I purchased a NEW Invicta watch in April that did NOT work properly, stopping not keeping accurate time. Called and followed instructions from the Invicta people, who charged me $28 for service of a new watch that NEVER worked properly. Now learned that I will not get the watch bact until October. When I spoke with the Invicta Service people today they said I should have gone directly to the distributor where I purchased the watch, which is exactly opposite of what those folks told me when I called reference the problems with my new watch. I believe the charge of $28 is unfair for a new watch that never worked properly and five (5) months to get the watch serviced and returned totally unsatisfactory.
