I ordered shoes through the company on 5/3 and received verification of payment through paypal along with an order confirmation from the website. I emailed an inquiry about arrival/ship date roughly 2 weeks later after hearing nothing. I never got a response. I sent another inquiry one week later and never received a response. One week later I received a small package from Xiaoya Yang in China with contents described as "disposable shower cap." When I filed claims with paypal and my credit card company this package's tracking number was provided by Rios as confirmation that my order had actually been filled and received.
