Ordered a pair of shoes at a price too good to be true and never received them. 3 weeks after ordering, received a very small envelope in the mail from China, inside was a plastic shower cap. The tracking number provided to PayPal from the Seller matched the tracking number on the plastic shower cap. Took advice from posts on this website and CALLED PayPal regarding my computer generated "non-receipt" claim. They immediately refunded my money and claim that they are going to shut down Rios-shoes as a PayPal seller.
