This happened on June 25 and through out July 11. This company owes me 44.00 if thy re not going to deliver the news paper. I woULD like to have my paper delivered to mke just lioke everyolne else. It is my c ondstitutional rights to be treated equally like other citizens. Wh every head of a paper being delived evry olther dy and them parts olf it is missing.instead of placing the paper in my yard it is being place in the street in front of my car. Delivering a paper is not a hard thing to do. Throw the paper over the fence into my yard. If this is a company with pride, it should want to please all of its customers. This person is part of the gang that is harassing me in the neighborhood for five years. Last week he poked holes in my car tire, the delivery seems to be connected to this harassment. He is part of the daily plot to harass me.incidently i wrote the inquirer a letter last year to report this stalking and i never got an answer. It is as if the inquirer is in with the group of oeoploe who is stalking and abusing me. Plese answer back asnd let me k njolw abolut the solution to this problem.
