The manager of the 1st heritage, was very rude and disrespectful, talked in a very non professional tone of voice, as well as huge the phone up in my ear. If this the kind of business you are running now I will tell everyone I know and report this company to the better business bureau. They towed my two cars without a formal warning, or a 60 day grace period. Im a disabled woman with serious health problems and on a very strict budget and I explained to that rude manager want the problem was last month. So if this is the kind of business you are running I will never refer another person... Ive referred many. Sincerely yours, CCC
