Gave false information about features, covered up technical issues, delays when 1 person goes on vacation for 2 weeks, hijacked my domain name, lied in dispute with credit card company

I paid Heritage Web Solutions to develop a web site for my ecommerce business. I was told it would take approximately 1 month. For 6 months, I was repeatedly told it was near completion. I was given misinformation about features of the site. The rationalization was that the first account manager assigned to me was not trained for ecommerce accounts. While this was probably just meant as a lame excuse, it was also an admission that they didn't even see fit to assign appropriate personnel. The person who did the "design" saw fit to include a great deal of my personal information into my business site. It was not all removed, as I discovered months later. Then it went to product entry. When the person who repeatedly identified herself as a member of the product entry TEAM went on vaction for 2 weeks, noone was assigned to fill in. I even told the account manager at the time that I wanted work to continue, and she told me that someone would fill in, but that never happened. When she was in, she kept having me find problems with the items loaded into my online store. After "work" resumed, I told the product entry person that I was concerned about technical issues continuing after the site went live. She responded by saying she was unaware of any technical problems. They had items with extra images that didn't even go with the item, items displayed twice & product codes listed as manufacturers, even in the search by manufacturer function. I complained to her supervisor, who eventually resolved only the first issue. Even after I pointed out that she had already COVERED UP the technical issues, his idea of trying to help was to keep asking me to point out examples which were no longer apparent. I was then referred to another department to close my account. I spoke with someone who kept interrupting me & spoke in an arrogant tone, challenging me to point out the issues which, again, I had already explained had been covered up. I then started shopping around for another company. I heard from multiple sources that the reason for the name change was the complaints. They apparently changed their name just to distance themselves form the reputation of so many complaints rather than operating honestly. I disputed the transactions through my credit card company. Heritage told them I never informed them of my intention to terminate my account, and that my site was live even though it was never approved, and therefore never went live. The company I got to develop another site contacted Heritage about my domain name. Even though the domain name was registered for my website, Heritage refused to allow it to be used. Was this yet another act of sabotage or some asinine attempt at extortion? My options were to change my company name, have a domain that doesn't match my company name or come back to Heritage to get jerked around some more. I responded to that by having a new domain name by simply adding "online" to the name that Heritage HIJACKED. Heritage is a prime example of why dispute laws need to be changed, hiding behind long timeframes that exceed the timeframe for disputes, and hiding behind "non-refundable" policies as excuses to deny any responsibility for the money they take from people.
