Heritage Web Solutions is the biggest rip-off I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. When I started my trek to explore and find a company to build a web site for my business. I read about Heritage Web Solutions customer comments and thought that they could provide my with the design I wanted. I spoke with their salesperson Steve Berglund and explained that all I wanted was a web site designed period. Well after I pay the down payment they try to stick me with a web hosting fee of $24.99 p/m. When I called them and told them to hold the deal that they lied to me and tried to sneak in a hosting fee into the deal. I got a message that they would do the hosting for fee for the first year. Well the problem comes when I tell them that I don't have any trust with Heritage any longer and I want my money back.instead of crediting my credit card account back they take 3 weeks to mail me a check. The additional fees I incurred are my fault because I gave them my credit card so I authorized them to charge them money. The problem is that they did authorize the credit card until 3 days later. I have spent the better part of 10 hrs over the last 3 1/2 weeks trying to get my money back. I will be the one person that for the rest of my life will continue to bad mouth this company to anyone who will hear me.
