Sent e-cigs for $4.95 free trial, only to find out my credit card was charged BEFORE the 14 day trial period that they claim the terms and conditions cite. Terms and conditions at the time of order were not transparent. Customer Service asked why I purchased the product and whether I had tried it, to which I responded their question was irrelevant (although I had not even opened the package as of yet).instead I was offered at 40% discount off the product. I insisted I would return the product and demanded a full refund to which I subsequently received an email with no mention of a refund. If others have experienced this issue, I would urge you to file a complaint. It appears that a lawsuit is necessary to stop this madness!
